For this, a support ticket is required. There are two ways to open one:
- Open the Rivengard application, go tot the Settings menu and tap "Contact US" and then tap the blue Support button with a ? on the main page that opens.
- Email us at support@rivengard.zendesk.com.
You will need to provide a user ID for both the old and new device, which can be found at the bottom of the Rivengard Settings Menu as well. Be sure to indicate which is the "from" account and which is the "to" account.
There are some things to be aware of when transferring this way
- Event Leader Board progress does not transfer, so it is best to do this outside of Festivals or other events.
- Guild membership does not transfer, so you will need to join (or rejoin) a guild after the transfer is completed.
